Coinciding with the celebration of Kartini Day, which falls on Thursday, 23 April 2016, PT Transjakarta launched two units of articulated buses exclusively for women pink color.
President Director of PT Transjakarta Kaliwono Budi said the bus was scheduled to be launched by the Team Leader Activator (TP) PKK DKI Jakarta Veronica Tan.
"Today is ready to operate two bus because the processing time is limited. As early No 10 bus (operating)," said Budi, at City Hall on Thursday.
The plan all buses will be operated in corridor I (Blok M-Kota). The reasons for selecting the first corridor for the entire corridor Transjakarta corridor leading to the first as the main corridor.
