China Operate Highest and Longest Bridge in Asia


The Chinese government has finished building the tallest and longest bridges in Asia. The bridge was named Longjiang Grand Bridge was built for 5 years.


This bridge is ready to use airport vehicles that connect the two cities, namely Baoshan and Tengchong, having escaped the load test on April 5.

Being above the Longjiang River, Yunnan Province, the bridge has a length of 8,100 feet or 2,468 meters, while similar bridge has a height of 920 feet or the equivalent of 280 meters. The bridge is planned to be ready to operate on May 1, 2016.
"This is the highest and longest bridge that connects the two mountains in Asia," wrote Chinadaily, Wednesday (04/20/2016).
While the distance between the two poles bridge reaches 3,924 feet or 1,196 meters equivalent. This distance is slightly shorter than the legendary bridge in San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge.
