When the dominance of Bayern No Leads Victory


Bayern Munich started the game at the Vicente Calderon with a slow tempo, which makes them conceded. However, everything changed in the second half.

In the match at Atletico Madrid on Thursday (28/04/2016), Bayern conceded after only 11 minutes.  Atletico, who played with the lost interest in the first half, scored a goal after Saul Niguez outwit four Bayern players.

"Overall, this game interesting. But, we started badly. The goal itself is a consequence of the slow pace of our game," said Bayern coach Pep Guardiola.

In the second half, Bayern rise. They do not let Atletico develop the game. Mastery ball almost always in the legs of their players.

Bayern domination was illustrated clearly in the statistics. UEFA noted, Bayern let go of 631 operands throughout the match, while Atletico only releasing 146 operands.

"Unfortunately, we did not get a win, given in the second half we have tried everything," said Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, as reported by Soccerway.

"In Munich, we have to actually get up," said the goalkeeper of the German national team.

Atletico, as long as under the direction of Diego Simeone, does have a good record when playing in the Champions League in the Champions League. Of the 17 home games together Simeone in European club competition, they won 13 of them and won 14 clean sheet.
